


Adult BJJ Membership
Adult BJJ membership includes access to both Gi and No-Gi classes, open mat sessions, and competition training with coach approval (see schedule below).
Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are open to all fitness and experience levels, focusing on grappling techniques such as chokeholds, joint locks, and positional control. Gi classes incorporate traditional grips, while No-Gi emphasizes body control, underhooks, and leverage in a faster-paced setting. Each session includes warm-ups, technique instruction, drilling, and live sparring. Students also cross-train in wrestling and develop real-world self-defense skills in a supportive, challenging environment.
