Classes
Adult Gi BJJ
Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed for all fitness and experience levels, focusing on grappling techniques such as chokeholds and joint locks. Each session typically includes a warm-up, technique instruction, drills, and live sparring (rolling), helping students build skill, fitness, and self-defense in a supportive environment.
Kids BJJ (Ages 5-12)
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes teach fundamental self-defense, fitness, and character development through fun, structured games and drills in a safe, supportive environment. Training includes both Gi and No-Gi, and a gi is required for participation.
Private Training BJJ
A one-on-one Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training session with a dedicated instructor, allowing for personalized attention, customized technique focus, and the ability to address specific weaknesses or areas of improvement at your own pace.
Adult No-Gi BJJ
Adult No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes teach grappling techniques without the traditional gi, emphasizing body control, leverage, and submissions in a faster-paced setting. Students learn to control opponents using underhooks, overhooks, and positional strategy, while also cross-training with wrestling techniques to build well-rounded self-defense skills against a variety of training partners.
Private Training Wrestling
A one-on-one Wrestling training session with a dedicated instructor, allowing for personalized attention, customized technique focus, and the ability to address specific weaknesses or areas of improvement at your own pace including physical training and drills. This can be for youth or adults.
